EventMobi Expands its Mobile Event App Platform with Fusion 2.0

With so many powerful technology tools available to clients, the challenge has been integrating these into a seamless mobile experience for attendees.  Fusion 2.0 expands the feature set beyond EventMobi’s popular event app by incorporating attendee registration & check-in, event participant communication tools, audience response and real-time polling and surveys, plus the power of event gamification, connecting everything into one seamlessly integrated platform.  This end-to-end, fully mobile experience allows event organizers to offer a 100% mobile event, from start to finish.

According to statistics from Microsoft, mobile browsing is set to overtake desktop Internet access by 2014.  The percentage is already higher for smartphone users and increases exponentially for those away from their daily routines and offices at a meeting or event.  Facilitating an optimized mobile experience for every stage in the event life cycle has become mission critical for organizers who wish to increase registrations, bring efficiency to event management and engage attendees during the entire event cycle.

The Fusion 2.0 mobile platform for events features the following components:

Event Registration & Check-In – Event participants can open an email or social invitation and register directly from any device and are instantly included in the mobile event app across the remainder of that event.  No list upload is necessary, so all attendees are “in the system” and ready for event check-in.

Event App – EventMobi’s event app includes the agenda, speakers & session profiles, maps & location information, social media tools and rich participant profiles, among other features, so that attendees are well-prepared for their onsite experience.

Communication & Notification – EventMobi’s Fusion 2.0 incorporates the ability for participants to opt-in to a private social network and chat with other event participants.  Event organizers may also leverage the Mobile “Help Desk” and to push notifications and reminders to keep participants up to date.

Audience Response & Engagement – Surveys and evaluations, polls and live results, and custom-tailored gamification keep participants involved and engaged throughout the event.
