The numbers are in and show that IMEX America 2015 was a success.
With more than 10,600 attendees and participants at the event and a total of 3,100 companies, the event was filled with limitless opportunities to learn, innovate, and network.
Before the 3 day exhibition took place, partner events were already rolling throughout Las Vegas. These co-located events included the SITE Young Leaders Conference which started on Sunday October 11th and continued through Monday. The conference is an event for industry professionals under the age of 35 and is a complement to the IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leaders Forum that would take place later in the week.
October 12th, was Smart Monday, a day of educational and networking events presented by MPI. Other Smart Monday events included the CEIR Golf Classic, Association Evening, and SITE Nite North America.
On day one of the exhibition, the IMEX team was kind enough to give a warm welcome to everyone attending via social media:
Welcome to IMEX America 2015! We hope you have a great show! #IMEX15 https://t.co/aNQAuE8RgD

The TECH Nexus booth, quickly went from quiet and waiting to overflowing with information.
Naturally, everyone wanted to stop by, ask questions, check out our gadgets, and take a picture with the genuine Bradley Cooper wax figure from Madame Tussauds
Throughout the day, we enjoyed chatting with attendees, hosted buyers, and fellow exhibitors who told us about the variety of activities happening in the event space including daily keynotes presented by MPI; two event technology competitions (#ETY15 and #IMEXpitch); and the first ever, IMEXrun Las Vegas.
Other unique, interesting, and creative ideas at IMEX included a meditation room (with guided meditations throughout the day) and an Inspiration Hub (for industry related education and training).
We provided a little education of our own at the TECH Nexus booth where we even Periscoped a couple sessions. Click here to check out a replay of Eved’s presentation about payment processing.
