Yes, Your Event Needs Social Media

All events have a place on social media. Some more than others. That does not mean that every event needs to be on every platform posting 50 times a day but there does not to a presence. Yes, there are limits, there are goals, and there should be plans.

That being said, sometimes not all event marketers and folks upstairs in the big chairs see the “why”…. maybe this will help. This is part of a series of videos by Erik Qualman, author of Socialnomics and it puts in stark terms why you really need to rethink social.
